Hospice of Jefferson County serves residents in Jefferson, Atchison, Leavenworth, Douglas, Shawnee and Jackson Counties.
If you have questions about how to obtain hospice services or for information about whether you or a loved one may be eligible for services, please contact Jeanne Czoch, Hospice Director at 785-863-2447.
If you have a group, club, or organization that would like a presentation about hospice services or end of life issues, please contact Deann Behring, LMSW at 785-863-2447.
Hospice conducts volunteer training for interested persons on a regular basis.
Hospice also sponsors a widow/widower educational support group that meets on a monthly basis in a number of locations in Jefferson County.
