Pratt Caring Community
In Pratt, the LIFE Project council consists of a small group of members from the Community Health Council, including representatives from the hospital, assisted living, nursing home, clergy, hospice, and home health fields, and the general public. They currently meet monthly and are available for presentations within the community. Please contact Sharon Will at (620) 672-7553 or email swill@southwindhospice.com for more information.
In addition to providing speakers for your group, the Pratt Caring Community has copies of the Moyers series, “On Our Terms,” available to check out. The hospice library also has a host of resources available to the public on all topics related to end-of-life care, including an extensive collection on children and grief. Materials on grief, end-of-life and caregiving issues are also available at the Pratt Public Library.
