Kansas Pain Initiative
 

The Kansas Cancer Pain Initiative (KPI), is a statewide interdisciplinary nonprofit organization which was formed to improve the quality of life in persons from Kansas with cancer. Cancer is a common diagnosis in the United States and many patients with cancer experience pain. There is widespread recognition that cancer pain is often undertreated. The KCPI is working to ensure that information enabling effective treatment of cancer and other chronic pain is available to all.
