5.)  A Design for Change (issue #2), “Advance Care Planning:  Do It for Those You Love”

LIFE’s consumer education piece focused on advance care planning encourages Kansans to THINK about the kind of care they would want if they are ever unable to speak for themselves; TALK about their hopes and wishes with those who care for and about them; and ACT by completing an advance directive.
