Other Resources on Palliative Care

Included is a brief annotation of resources on palliative care.  Some are targeted to specific interests and others are general.  They are included here to provide a broader base of awareness and understanding of the development of palliative care and the focus and interest of a variety of groups.  They also provide awareness of just a few of the materials about palliative care.

The Center to Advance Palliative Care has numerous materials.  Go to http://www.capc.org/site_root/Documents/document_182141036.html?leftnav=Care%20Across%20Settings to find numerous materials about palliative care in a variety of settings – acute, long-term care, ICU and pediatric.  There is a lot of material on the site and those in facility-based programs (hospitals and long-term care) will find the site of particular interest.
